First Symbian Anna phones, now shipping.

Author The post says that the other Symbian phones will get the Anna update in the “coming months”…

The 1st I see outside
I walked into a Starbucks yesterday with a friend and saw a nice Nokia booklet 3G sitting on a table used by a cute girl.
Its the 1st’ time for me that I see it in use.
Its light and have a great design.
I asked the owner if she is using the 3G feature, the answer was “no”, she said that for that she would have to get another extra sim card which was not an option. I can understand that, here in Canada 3g packages are very expensive. Too bad since its a great feature and the main one for this device

The N8 = GREAT camera!.
I said it once and I’ll say it again…
Wow, so I have no idea how to explain this one.
I was on my vacation in China for a whole month, my Nokia N8 was with me the whole time and really, with no doubt saved me so many times!
I said it before but wow, really in a country that no one actually speaks English and you do not know your environment, maps, camera and dictionary all in one package that can stay alive for two days is just… amazing, really.
About the maps, I was walking in a park and wanted to get out, it was a large one and I opened Ovi Maps and found out that the park is actually in there!, it was great, I didn’t have to ask no one where to go, just fallowed the N8 directions.
On many other occasions, I was saved, really saved by the fast GPS lock and correction to my walks and track taxi drivers to see that they actually taking me to where I wanted to go.
Ovi Maps, you are a hero!
Now what is left to do in a big trip is well… take pictures, this is where the N8 can’t get you down, wow, the image/video quality is just unparalleled, really, way to go Nokia!

Long story short, I had great time in China and thnX to my Nokia N8 I never got lost and could show everyone where I have been
